"General Anxiety Disorder"
"Dear Michael,
I thought it was time I kept my promise and let you know how we are getting on. Samuel seems less distraught than he used to be. Still hates school - and is addicted to the computer, but I'm told that's normal! He doesn't seem to have had any dreams now either, so thank you.
I gave up alcohol end of October and haven't had a drink since - don't miss it, rarely think about it and I feel great. My weight continues to drop, not sure how much more there is to go, but again I feel great. The re-decorating programme is also complete but dying the grass never really took off! I am no longer surrounded by my green, but by light airy space. Still making curtains, hopefully in time for Christmas......
The difference this has made to my home is enormous and I feel lighter, more creative and happier. Thank you for all you did for us and I hope all is well in your life.

"Emotional Teenager"
"Dear Michael,
Here, as promised, is the letter to let you know how things are with Stewart. After you left, we spoke about what happened and he said he felt very relaxed and calm. He didn't go into details about what he had thought of and, as promised, I did not ask him anything. Shortly after Glenna and the other two came back Stewart went up to his room. Next thing he is fast asleep and he never stirred until the next morning, as bright as a button.
He seems to be coping well at school and here at home, and although I have not witnessed any sudden mood swings. He seems to have a certain calmness that he did not have before. As if all is well with the world.
Another thing I have noticed, he has now started talking about what he has been doing at school. Also (although this could be a coincidence) he has had no detentions at school for the last two weeks. They will be making him head boy next! All in all, I am more than delighted with the way Stewart is behaving."

"Michael is truly an angel. I was in a very bad place when I first met this wonderful man, fast forward 3/4 months later I feel alive. I've been struggling with serious anxiety issues and was oblivious to normality. With the help of Michael, I have found my zen.
